Pacific Coast / North of San Simeon / Calif / USA
On a deserted beach flanked by high cliffs and mountains I felt very alone. It wasn't terribly remote but far enough from civilization to make you feel like the last man.
Not to much color in the sky but I love the reflections, motion of the water and overall composition of the picture. No filters here, I had left my Cokin Grad on a rock a couple miles north along the road (which I did go back for of-course... it was still there!). Nearby, I spotted bear tracks along the top of the wet sand and on the way back to the road I saw a bobcat, calmly trotting away from me.
